I think time traveling movies will always be in, if it's fresh/original/fun. It's definitely a human trait to wish one could; go back, go forward, fix, or change things.

I always love how time traveling movies make me test the theories and logic, and how they often make me recall previous scenes they reference. Almost like a 'pay off' from an ever changing 'build up'.

I love that story about Forest Gump!!

And well, I don't think time traveling stories will ever be outdated cause there's so much possibilities behind that concept and I'm sure there's still of lot of things to do with it...and yes I'm also writing a script with a time travel element in it.

I think I would have had the same reaction as you Scott. Who knew?

Personally, I LOVE time travel flicks. 12 Monkeys, Final Countdown - Was a huge fan of The Time Tunnel as a kid.

Hell Source Code was one of the best loved scripts of the last year. Event if it wasn't in production, which it is, the writer still would have gotten a career out of it because it's a great script.
