Is there such a thing as an autobiopic?

The idea is quite similar to Wild Hogs, and even Space Cowboys.

For a twist, what about having kids as the camp counsellors? They get their counsellor certificates with pre-teens, then have to take charge of out-of-shape adults.

Glad that you mentioned this, as I definitely feel it's been in the zeitgeist lately – and hopefully worth exploring.

Seeing you also hit upon this seems great for me, actually – as I've actually just spent the past year developed a script following these lines, although with inner-city boys as the main characters, not man-child adults. (I know, probably not *exactly* following your story idea - but there's a lot of opportunity and drama there between our ideal conceptions of boyhood, and what growing up a boy is actually like for kids today.)

I'd love to hear what others might think, both continuing with the original idea and about opening it up to a children's story – as well as maybe about how long you feel this Boy Scout idea might actually *stay* in the zeitgeist.
