In the script, before he takes the fish, he grabs a bag off somebody's desk, and empties out the crumbs... While reading this I thought that it was a little too much info, like it bogged down what was important. And sure enough, in the movie, when he goes to grab the fish, he just magically has the bag already in his hand. I found that interesting, how they walk the line between adding really descriptive details and getting to the meat of things.
