I am baffled when I come across people who still watch "Lost." I gave up after season 2 when more questions were being presented than answers. Nothing could make me dive back in.

If I ever decide to tackle a TV series, I'm going the David Simon route. Know your beginning and know your ending. Be true to your characters, not the audience. It's why "The Wire" is the best written television show in the history of the medium. Even something as great as "The Sopranos" eventually lost its way (i.e. Johnny Cakes?!)
