Great statement. I think that's why I believe that the word "flaw" is not actually the best thing.

I prefer "negatively-impacting social traits" as flaw seems overarching whereas these things are only a problem when we interact - especially in cinema where we want juxtaposed personalities which respond negatively to your social traits.
