While I found this break down of the script for "The Big Short" interesting, I also found it a bit confusing. In particular: >>>PAGE 14: MIKE. BREAK INTO TWO. Doesn't this mean the break into the next sequence? (That's how I broke down the script.) Which means that the script has 8 sequences rather than 7. [And I have a contrary view of Mike's designated 'flaw'. Mike's putative 'flaw' is what makes him one of the few sane people in the insane asylum of Wall Street. But that's another topic.]

All these different language systems! And always a bit squishy because stories by their very nature are organic. Apart from particular designations of what means what, it's great just to have the scene by scene breakdown so each of us can interpret the story's structure on our own terms.
