(I did the first two days!)
I remember a story about a woman who lived in a train because it was cheaper than having an apartment, that was the first thing this article made me think of: someone who was living in the plane. Maybe they lost their job and apartment and so on, went to fly out to meet their family or move in with their parents and decided to keep going. And it sure ain't a bad plane to live in, clearly. And it's Emirates, their in-flight video thing had Jennifer Aniston in it, I think, so you know there's all kinds of interesting famous people that the lead could hobknob with, get advice from, etc. He makes friends with a celeb on one leg of a flight, winds up attending a movie premiere in one country. Talks to a drug smuggler or something, winds up helping out with that. Obviously you want a romance in there somewhere. 11 stops means 11 chances for weird stories and encounters. All these exotic locales are expensive, and someone's gotta be footin' the bill. And you'd want the person to be poor to be relatable, but also to add to the stakes: if the scam is found out, they'd be stranded.
