I've never seen the city place in a slugline where placed it in your responce:

EXT. PIKE PLACE MARKET - DAY - SEATTLE

Maybe with () arround it, but not with a dash. O well, you're the pro with credentials. IF you say this is way it should be done, I'm willing to bend my thinking.

Will take your advice to heart and try to shorten my sluglines in the future. Maybe bleed information that I want to put in a slugline in a paragraph of action, like you did with the overcast.
