"A shipping fee of $3.99 is for a hard copy of the screenplay, if you accept the PDF format. No shipping charges will be required."

For $20,000.00, you'd think he could cover a 4 dollar shipping charge :p

I'm offering a re-write of this script on eBay to any potential buyers... $25,000.

This is a great big wide wonderful world we live in, ain't it?

I would never rain on anyones scriptwriting dreams. If this tactic works, I offer hearty congradulations.

Plus the logline doesn't sound so bad. I'm sure I have pitched worse. In fact some of mine have been so bad that the person hearing them often threatens to have a lead breakfast if I don't stop.(sorry mom)

That said, I am a former professional wrestling viewer who, around the time of puberty lost intrest in large, often sweaty men, engaging in agressive cuddling while wearing cast-off Kiss outfits.

I am offering a screenplay based on said episodes of mis-spent youth. The logline is as follows:

An undersized youth dreams of vanquishing his enemies with an atomic elbow drop. However, upon entering puberty and stumbling across the amazing discovery that girls are far more intresting then men in tights, he sets out on a journey of self realization. His companions consist of an original 12 inch G.I. Joe action figure who has developed a drinking problem. A My Little Pony doll that has an eating disorder and a meth-loving shrink named Bibs. Through thier travels the lad uncovers long lost post wrestling stress disorder caused by a repressed memory of Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka leaping from the shoulders of Andre the Giant and landing on Bob Backlund. The only cure: Massive Ice Cream enemas!

You may have heard of this project being talked about on bathroom walls, as well as torn pages from phone booth yellow pages.

I am offering the script on the nearest street corner for the bargain price of two boxes of klondike ice cream bars(What, would YOU do?)or change for the evening bus, whichever is more readily at hand.

Ebay's going to be the real winner on this deal. The fee's on this listing have to be pretty steep.

Just noticed where this guy is located, and there's a strong chance he's someone I might know as a wacky library patron I dealt with in another life/occupation.

Sad.

Yet oddly comforting.

Maybe the pool I have to compete in isn't as big as I thought.

Do the right thing, buy the script =)

Good luck to him, but the logline doesn't offer much. So he's got amnesia, why? What happened to him? WHY must they confront the supernatural forces? Who cares about the revelation if I don't know the basics of the 2nd act, that's a third act twist and has no business in a logline.
Most importantly, what happens if they don't remove the supernatural forces? Supernatural is ambiguous, exactly what are we confronting?

I hate raining on someone's parade, but it sounds amateurish.

ohhhhhhhh, i feel bad-- 127 pages for a thriller!!!! interesting way to try and offload the project to buyers, but damn...

It might be an interesting screenplay. Hell, it could even be brilliant. The logline kind of says "what", but more importantly, offers next to no clues as to "why" this story needs to happen.
