Wow ... it seems that most of 'em (I think 8 or 9 out of the 10) are comedy writers, are they not?

It's great to see so many women on that list.

Emily, I was pleased to see that as well. And Josh, that could be reflective of how important comedy is as a genre in Hwood right now. Or a choice by the DV staff to emphasize comedy writers. Or just a fluke.

I've only heard of a handful of them.

I hope to make that list one day.

The girl who dated Colin Farrel's story sounds pretty interesting. I might have to read that script now. -- I though Liz was on last year's list for some reason.

I too noticed that this yr was heavy on the comedy writers.

Meriwether is the only one I've heard of.

I guess Hollywood's moving into a comedy-scripts-by-female-screenwriters phase... I like it!
