"...to be as vulnerable as possible because vulnerability is the strongest thing you can do." That line resonated with me bc to be vulnerable is SCARY! Putting yourself out there on the page (or with acting) is scary, daunting, intimidating... Writing from your soul and revealing your psyche is a scary thing. That goes for actors who put everything into their acting and go to those weird, dark, deep places... we writers should give them such places to explore. And excellently put in that these stories are older than we can grasp on a timeline. The hero's journey is old as time. What an amazing thing to be a part of the storytelling world in that respect.
