Passion being one third or the great Robert Wise's 3 Ps : "Passion. Patience. Perseverance". Honored to be a Hecht recipient. It looks just fine next to the Trumbo award :) And now, back to my rewrite. Only one week in but it's looking fine! I'm learning to love the process again and that feels great. The daily support and discussions in the ZD30 Facebook group are invaluable as well. Oh, and thanks for the Jung articles. I'm in the middle of one of his books so they come in quite handy (and as true inspiration for an upcoming rewrite of a script that I held a tearful burial ceremony for a year ago. Guess I didn't explain the "RIP" part clearly enough...).

Like all great thinkers and writers who live a long time, Jung's ideas continued to evolve his entire life, so the more you read, the more variations on theme you find. I don't consider myself a Jungian scholar by any stretch, nor even a Jungian re life philosophy. However I do find his thoughts fascinating as they related to writing, Story, the Protagonist's journey, and all of that, so it's great fun going through his stuff. Passion. Patience. Perseverance. Yep, those are key.
