Yes, Michael! As we'll see in tomorrow's post in this series, there is SO MUCH MORE COOL STUFF we can mine as writers in thinking about our Protagonist's journey in this way as opposed to the rather flat and surface level approach we typically see: What is their flaw? This way, the Protagonist is host to a bubbling cauldron of conflicting psychological dynamics. Toss in the Shadow and there you are: "Because the suppressed must return... with a vengeance."
