Interesting. I'll have some statistics on gender re the 2015 Black List in a post tomorrow. Still low for women writers, but better than recent years.

Because we're so USED to seeing movies with male protagonists, that's what studios will continue to want to make. They will be the last to take risks. The rest of us have to work that much harder to change the climate.
