Today I finished my draft! Feels good. This was a great group effort. Thanks Scott for organizing and your daily encouragement and thanks to everyone else for inspiring me each day. Good luck to everyone as the month winds down.

Congrats Steve! I'm going to down a shot of tequila to celebrate! You know what? I'm going to down two shots. You deserve it!! Seriously good job Steve!

Congratulations, Steve! Be sure to celebrate your triumph. And make no mistake: Getting to FADE OUT is a triumph. And since Dave W [see below] is buying virtual shots of tequila for everyone, that makes for an inexpensive celebration to boot!

Dave, thanks for supplying the tequila. I'll just wheel out the Margarita Machine over here to whip up some virtual maggies for us all!

Congrats Steve! Wrote 4 more pages today, for a total of 112. Right on track to finish on the 30th. Can't wait to wrap up this story and let it be for a while. I have a few ideas I'd like to embark on for future scripts. What do you all usually think about the revising process? How much time do you leave it cold before revisiting? Thanks everyone for the inspiration. Looking forward to wrapping up the month.

thedchen, look at you all on target! Proud of you! I need to catch your jet stream to help pull me through! Re rewriting: This came up at the Facebook group and I've decided to do a multipart blog series beginning December 7. In general, I recommend you set aside your script for 2 weeks minimum. You need that time to get a 'fresh' set of eyes. In the meantime, start researching another story, brainstorming, character development. Not only make progress on that, also serves as a 'sorbet' to cleanse your mental pallet. Onward to FADE OUT!

Thanks, Scott!
