With 5 more pages written, I have crossed the 100 page mark. 20 more pages (or probably a few more) remain. Not so bad considering that I've already done that amount 5 times this month.

Not bad at all, Steve. Can you see the Finish Line? If so, why not do one or two longer sessions to tap into that energy to give Act Three the kind of pace and drive it deserves!

Got out late from work again. Really really didn't feel like writing tonight but I still knocked out two scenes. Only two scenes left. Will be done tomorrow. Gonna reward myself by going out and getting myself a nice NEW GIRLFRIEND!

Signing off from the ZDT quest with a hearty Fade Out at 150 pages! (as I won’t be around the next three days) A big thank-you to Scott, for the whole initiative and for enabling me to prove, to myself, that I can do it. Okay, I know I need to cull a third of my script, but that’s fine as in my mad dash I let characters chase their own tail down rabbit holes, and added several new characters I know now that I don’t need. What I take away: - It can be done! - I need to prep better; it’ll save writing the majority of those 50 pages. (I did virtually no prep, just wrote it from my head; though the story had been rattling around up there for a few years) - The Final Draft app on my mini-ipad can cope. - I wrote this script entirely on my ipad, and I feel my enabling to complete the quest was because of adding up all those spare “5 minutes” in the day that otherwise would be lost. I hold down a full-time job so I hid myself away with my ipad during my lunch-break (it’s wireless only without a work log-on so no internet distractions). It also means I’m not having to wait to get home and ignore my wife and life as I pound a computer keyboard. - I work better when challenged; for one reason or another I’d not done much writing in the last twelve months but this has kick-started the brain down that grove again, a double thank you to Scott. And the big question, would I do it again? YES! Thank you (again) Scott, and good luck to everyone else for the next three days. No matter what you achieve it’s better than not achieving, or not trying.

WOHOOO, I won an award! BOOM now I feel special :-) Really blunts the fact that I'm nowhere near finished with my script hahahaha I have learned A LOT though in November because of this thing so even though I didn't finish one thing (I planned a whole thing, and wrote a significant portion of a totally different thing) I'm stoked because PROGRESS WAS MADE and I will take any wins I can get! :-) Thanks Scott!!!

I must have been deep in my sickness haze because I missed many of the comments here. Congrats, Philip. And Holly, progress is a GOOD THING, even if don't reach FADE OUT by tomorrow. Advice: Create a challenge for yourself in December and finish your Zero Draft.
