Scott, after watching "Terminator: Salvation" and thinking about its key weakness (lack of a strong antoginst) then reading this exerpt from your post by one of the writers...

"Michael Ferris: From there the fun thing to think about is what is Skynet’s ultimate agenda? Beyond just wanting to destroy man, what is this sentient computer network ultimately after? That’s something that really wasn’t addressed in any of the first three movies."

... what do you think about challenging your viewership who is familiar, and maybe even a Terminator FREAK (like me) to come with THEIR vision of what Skynet is? Might be a fun exercise...
