Would you please address how to master dealing with the least creative people, those responsible for advancing a script for consideration. Sadly, more than half of the business of the writer is sidestepping/overcoming the real obstacle of ego maniacal dolts who block talent and modify originality into mush; please address solutions- the wall of access/control, from pitch to lock print "notes"!
