I would like to know what happened with the script of that Escape From NY remake that Mr. Whitta was writing some time ago... Is there any chance we can see it in theatres soon? Thx.

I think there's a good chance you'll see a remake of Escape From New York, but it won't be my version. Due to various boring legal and contractual issues the producers had to start over. That's one of the frustrations of being a screenwriter, so often your work is at the mercy of forces way beyond your control.
