Uhm... Source Code was a film script (and a very excellent one at that).

Confidence Man was episode 1x08 of Lost. Two different things. :)

Perhaps I typed up a confusing comment. It was a stream of conscious jumble of scripts as I remembered them.

Nicholas, I've corrected the info. Thanks for the clarification.

Children of Men is a favorite. It does a terrific job transporting you into a hopeless, yet hopeful, near-future world.

The Dark Knight is incredibly tight. Amazing structure in that one.

Off the 2008 Black List, The Many Deaths of Barnaby James and Galahad immediately come to mind as awesome examples of unique voice.

Truth is, there's too many damn fine scripts out there to name them all.

Casino Royale(the last one) for cramming so much into 120 pages.

Also, the latest Bourne series. Tony Gilroy and co. are a great read.
cheers
David.

I totally agree with your list of fave TV Scripts. Flash Forward looks quite epic.

Body Heat. I wasted half a day at work reading it. It just keeps surprising you.

Scott,

Breaking Away is an awesome pick.

Do you know if there's an electronic copy anywhere online? I've scoured the internet, but have had zero luck. I think I'm just going have to buy a paper copy.

Marvin, shoot me an email at scottdistillery@gmail.com and I'll attach PDFs of both Breaking Away and Body Heat.
