Megamind (2010) uses the voice-over/framing story approach. It begins with Megamind falling from a great height as he intones:
"Here's my day so far: went to jail, lost the girl of my dreams and got my butt kicked pretty good. Still, things could be a lot worse. Oh, that's right... I'm falling to my death. Guess they can't. How did it all come to this? Well, my end starts at the beginning... The very beginning!"
The film is almost entirely flashback until it re-syncs with Megamind falling again, which is actually the climactic moment just before he defeats the villain (greater villain?).

And on a personal note, Wendy Carlos' music for A Clockwork Orange still stands as one of my all-time favorite soundtrack albums. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Carlos%27_Clockwork_Orange
