There is a talking dog involved. He's also just about the best reason to go see the movie. Anything with him = surefire hilarity from what I have seen.

Everything about this trailer and this movie beguiles me to no end. Like just about every other human on the planet, I've loved everything Pixar has created and is, for me, the sole bright spot in modern day filmmaking.

However, this just looks like it's elevated to another level (pun intended.) I haven't felt this much excitement since the buildup for, um, oh, let's see... oh yeah, WALL*E!

The last few Pixar films have absolutely transcended all else in theaters today. Ratatouille was astonishing and brilliant. Wall-E was the most affecting and soul stirring time I've had in a movie in ages.

Can ya' tell I'm a tad excited???
