Great interview, Scott!! So much solid advice and great reminders. I appreciated the, how shall I say... "polite" way you talked about some of the quote-unquote "professionals" preying on aspiring writers willing to shell over big bucks for something of little worth. Your rant on "rules" was great too!! But my fave part --- the discussion of compelling characters. Was very easy to hear your passion coming through during that. Thanks for doing this and posting the link!
