My favorite made up word is bumblefucked. It's not mine, but it's like a combination of confused and stunned, with a bit of WTF thrown in for good measure.

It might also be used as in phrase "out in the middle of bumblefuck-nowhere", referring to one being lost.

Great word.

I also sometimes use casuality (definitely not considered a real word) in place of casualness, because it has a better ring to it.
