Thanks for these posts. Have all the pieces in place- relationships, top manager, top agent -but I still have to write that script that doesn't just get some attention but actually SELLS.

See, this is where I get hemmed up. I always think I get too detailed in my schedule. Way too specific. Then I can't seem to find the energy to stick with it after I go through I write down everything I want to do. I love to plan, but after I plan I feel lost. Crazy.
