This is such a great reminder. I beat myself up for not writing enough, but I've written a script a year for the past three years. That's not a bad accomplishment for feeling like I did nothing. Looking more closely has changed my attitude about moving forward.

Alexa, managing to write 1 screenplay per year is a great accomplishment. Seriously. I can't tell you how many 'writers' I meet who TALK about writing a script, but rarely if ever do. If you can write 1 page per day, spending 1 month for prep and 1 month for revisions, you can write 2 scripts per year. Basically the more you write, the better you get. Not a law of nature, but generally true, I believe. Best of luck to you and your creative efforts in 2015!
