I'll jump in here just to get things started. Here's how I imagined the sequences (and, yes, I waxed a little lyrical).
P. 1–11 Prologue—Our World: Establish the world of the story and introduce all the players.
P. 11–13 McGuffin—The Science Fair: The science fair competition motivates all the other students and brings about all the secondary story problems.
P. 13–17 Inciting Incident—A Death in the Family: Dad’s good intention to get Victor involved socially through sports ends in disaster when Sparky dies.
P. 17–21 Key Event—Life After Death: Victor learns how electricity powers muscles and uses that to revive his lost pet.
P. 21–32 First Plot Point—With A Little Blackmail From My Friends: E discovers Sparky alive and demands to know Victor’s secret in exchange for this silence.
P. 32–45 First Pinch Point—Fall of an Idol: E's inability to keep a secret leads to Bob breaking his arm while working on a revised science fair project, which leads to Mr. Rzykruski’s dismissal, leaving Victor without a mentor.
P. 45–51 Turning Point—The Truth Will Out: E spills Victor’s secret to the other students. Victor’s parents discover Sparky alive.
P. 51–58 Second Pinch Point—Frankenstein’s Monsters: The students try to imitate Victor’s success but their attempts morph into disasters.
P. 58–64 Third Plot Point—Destroy All Monsters: Victor and Sparky defeat all but one of the monsters and try to rescue Elsa from the vampire cat.
P. 64–69 Climax—A Candle in the Wind: The townsfolk, fearful of Sparky, chase him, and, in the process, accidentally set fire to the town's iconic windmill. Victor rescues Elsa but is, in turn, attacked by the vampire cat. Sparky rescues Victor but perishes in the attempt.
P. 69–71 Denouement—A Boy and His Dog: The townsfolk help Victor revive Sparky.
