I love how the writer built suspense and added humor in this scene. It's a great scene, screenplay and film.

Awesome scene. Reminds me a lot of the True Romance sequence from a few weeks back. So many different character archetypes on display, great humor and a surprising twist in the end. Interesting how both scenes are essentially about a character facing an ostensibly inevitable death yet making the most of the situation through use of comedy. I think that says a lot about how much we value laughter in our screenplays.
