The Tracking Board pilot competition has a separate comedy division. Also - based on last year's results - the Tracking Board Launch Pad spec competition (separate, not related to tracking-b) appears to be comedy-friendly as well. As far as contests go - definitely one of the better ones.

I think they are just hard to write. When I hear an actor talk about a comedy they were drawn to, it's always about how they kept laughing page after page. Does your script do that? It's incredibly hard.
