Some scene prompts: -A heroic monologue before the good guy kills/does away with the bad guy (usually it's the villain who monologues!) -Admirer discovers his/her hero doesn't live up to the hype -Clueless thugs heckle/harass a badass, not realizing that he/she is maneuvering them into position for a swift, decisive takedown

Must do this. A few prompts, just for fun: ?A scene in which at least 4 out of 5 lines of dialogue are subtext. ?A building fire scene: two strangers, one blind, the other deaf. The blind person is the only one who knows a small child is hiding in another room. ?A man has to say goodbye to a good friend without actually saying he's leaving and won't be back. ?An actor gives a eulogy for a deceased movie producer/director. Most in the audience think he was a great man. The rest have put up with his sexual harrassment and innuendo for years. The actor mustn't disappoint either group. ?A man has $2000 to deposit at a teller's cage. A second man gets into line right behind him. The first man sees a gun reflected in the glass. Now he's afraid if he pulls out the money, the robber will take it and run. He's also afraid if he tells the clerk about the gun, the robber will shoot him and the clerk. The clerk doesn't help at all. Dialect is permissible, here. ?A man is on the phone with "Aprillia Medical Care," a medical company with an automated phone system from hell. He's trying to get his medical records from 2006 or 2007; he's not sure. Each and every menu starts with "This call is being recorded," for reasons that soon become clear. ?A man bites into a caramel just before getting stopped by a cop. ?An author at a book signing realizes he's facing a delusional fan who has been stalking him for months, unsuccessfully until now. ?A man excapes from a police hold at a hospital and runs into a school reunion at a nearby hotel as officers search for him. He tries to look like part of the crowd of total strangers. ?Five people have a conversation in which they speak in the same order throughout the scene. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... Word whiskers don't count (when a speaker is interrupted just as he starts to respond).

I'm in. Possible Prompts: An apology where neither party believes the other. A Scene with a screaming child. A scene where one person isn't using the primary language. A scene where an order is disobeyed. A scene where a character abruptly exits in an unexpected way. A scene where physical appearance is used against an imposing character.
