So glad you posted this. I have been rewriting the last 15 pages of my script for the last two months. Every time I think I've got it, I tear it up and start again. Problem is, I love my script. As a matter of fact, I just re-outlined the ending and am very excited to sit down tomorow to type it up. That way, I can decide what else I hate about it and start all over again.

hell yeah - happens to me quite often, especially when I get stuck - that's when I hate it most. But also what wins me over all the time is love for the overall story and characters - so I would disagree a little with 'not loving the writing part at all', because then why would you sit down and do it? Because when you have those 110 pages staring you in the face and you smell a good draft that YOU wrote, it's the best feeling in the world.

I hate the first 10-15 pages. Then I'm good until about page 40 and the hate returns. But I'm usually feeling good about my work for the last 10 pages -- whether because it's wrapping up or I truly like it, I don't know.
