Scott, I just started reading it yesterday (like 7-10 pages, literally scrambling for time) but i was drawn in from the get-go - starting with Ed's example of the table in their offices - and how a simple table can effect creativity and the art of good collaboration. One thing I can see he has this fine attention to detail and you can feel his passion for the company and its growth! P.S. I completely digressed from your post above, but couldn't help it - there's a lot of wisdom and great kernels of truth in these pages from the get-go!
