That IS an AWESOME death scene. Been a long time since I've seen Bravehart. (Only saw it once) Can't really remember that scene, but now I've got to see that movie again.

I wrote a killer (no pun intended) death scene in one spec I wrote entittled, "Indians of the Ancient Plains." Never really thought of my "Indians" flick as having been comprable to "Braveheart" but now I'm currious...

One other "death scene" that I thought was awesome was in "Saving Private Ryan" where Tom Hank's charcter, who while in the throws of death is firing away at an oncoming Nazi tank with his pistol.

GREAT MOVIE, but then again so is "Braveheart." Thanks for the reminder.

As a writer, Randall Wallace is really second to none. This is my favorite movie, hands down and probably the most memorable death scene of the last 20 years.
