So any thoughts on this year's Black List? Here's a heads-up: I've interviewed Barbara Stepansky and Stephanie Shannon, both 2013 Nicholl Fellowship winners, so you can look forward to those early in 2014. Now I'll have to follow up with some questions about making the Black List!

Looking forward to the interviews with Barbara and Stephanie, Scott. The Nicholl and the Blacklist, now that's what I call a good year.

In fact do you think you might get a chance to interview all the ladies? It's very motivational.

I've reached out to Patty (another Nicholl winner) and hopefully she will agree to a Q&A. I am in the process of lining up lots of interviews for the first quarter 2014 and have some great ones already on the books including other 2013 Black List writers, a number of them women.
