I would like to know what their favourite approaches on finishing a script are.

How do you inspire yourselves before starting a new project? (along the lines of Kelly Marcel's approach to using pictures and props) How much has your personal and professional lives changed since that first sale? How many drafts did you go through with your early specs before you were able to show your work? Any advice when pitching projects and those first big meetings?

How much time do you need/take for youreself to finish a script, from idea to the (poposed) final draft!
