Awesome. I think that point about learning is HUGE - and I don't think the process ever truly ends. I think it's possible to wing scripts without really learning how (which I used to initially about three or four terrible ones) but considering all the rewrites, to really do justice to time, energy and most of all the script itself, learning at least the basics is so HUGE, or basically as much as possible in my opinion is incredibly beneficial and will get us closer to where we want to be...

p.s. I am definitely curious about your thoughts on how to incorporate script notes without losing sight of the story you want to write... hope you have a post on that sometime!
