Love this reveal and how we don't see Bill, but we learn his mindset. In fact we don't see Bill until the end for the first film (complete with title card). It's a cool reveal, very pulp and comic book like. Added bonus about this reveal, the script leak. Through this entire first scene I was waiting for a cut to titles thinking that there was no way a bullet to the head could be shown. WRONG, it happens exactly as written. It's shown as brutal, cold and efficient, then right into Nancy Sinatra.
