Great scene, and it works a ton better as just the three characters (also like the device of the cleaner [gives Stallone an internal clock when writing, knows that he has to end the scene at a point]). It also looks like a cooler visual with the mural (full of people) surrounding them. I also like the writing structure of the scene, he mentions Adrian's nervousness on the skates, but the writing (use of the -) and reading along with him chasing her shows his nervousness. Another scene I can think of is in "Winning Season" with Sam Rockwell and Margo Martindale (saw it on Amazon can't find an online clip) when their discussing taking the team out for ice cream. Shows his lack of money, introduces more about her character than just being a bus driver, and moves the plot.
