Great post, Waka! And glad to hear your little boy's okay. Your experiences this week are the bits that no one really likes to talk about: the knowledge that you *have* to get the work done, despite what's happening in your personal life, the fear that you won't be able to, the terror that everyone will call you a fraud and the stark truth that if you don't do it, no one will. So you write whatever you can. And sometimes you surprise yourself.
