The two things I like about this scene is that that there isn't another character in the pantry (no direct confrontation, it just drives in the point that Jack is/has lost his mind) and, what makes the dialogue more haunting is that Grady isn't offering a negative or a "or else" in the conversation, it's written as a man questioning another man and shaming him. Doubt becomes the motivator.
