A classic from 1940, directed by HOWARD HAWKS, written by Charles Lederer (screen play), Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur (from the play, "The Front Page”). Fraught with endless repartee and arguably Cary Grant’s finest comic work, I think this screenplay has been a template for many films since. That means no bogus science like flux capacitors, warp drives or the like. And computer science is not a real science, so no coding/hacking type scenes.
