Matthew, ageism is an issue in Hollywood, especially on the TV side where unless you're a producer or show runner, if you're over 40, you can be in for tough times trying to land a gig. The feature side, not as much, but as Franklin indicated in the Deadline article, "pre and early Baby Boomers." So perhaps 45+ and up for the WB initiative?

45 takes you through the tail end of the baby boom... if they specify early Baby Boomers, I'd think it's probably more like 65 and up.
