That second photo is such a perfect visual of what often happens with reader notes. When a reader points out issues with the script, as writers, we're often screaming "why can't you see that beautiful view?!" and we're not able to understand the reader's problem isn't with the view (idea), it's the house.

Please, Troy, don't stop with the analogies. They're fantastic and do lead to a great image. I can't think of a better visual analogy to your statements than Falling Water. The family who commissioned FLW to build the house told him they enjoyed having picnics on a particular rock by that river. FLW, who had no degree in either architecture or engineering, flew with their requests and built the house on the rock, smack in the middle of the great room. That's exactly what you'll be doing with this process, taking the rock of your simple sentence and building a beautiful, daring structure with cantilever cliffs for your characters to fall from and use to climb back up. And you'll build plenty of writing muscle by working your story until it's ready to stand the test of time and caprice of design. Your dispatch shows all the qualities of someone willing to strain against their impulses and get tougher, leaner, and more powerful, with a few chainsaw surprises :-)

or maybe what you think of as a house is really a jet plane.

Troy, your analogy was such a perfect fit. Guess your writings would be as much fun to read. Wish you all the best on your Quest.
