Plus, many GITS readers outside the UK will recognize Debbie's name because she's also a long-time GITS reader herself, one of the founding moderators at The Black Board, and an active commenter here and at the Board. I'm thrilled that you're interviewing her, Scott. And Debbie, I love the Wolfblood bookstore story.

Yes, very enjoyable seeing you on the other side of the board. What a journey you've had. And you definitely tapped into that universal feeling of not fitting in, being different, while belonging somewhere we haven't yet found. This was especially interesting because one of the first indie books I read is called Red and has almost the exact same logline as your story. It takes place just as the protagonist is about to transform, and she meets a young man with the same secret. Together they fight off a demon in the woods of Mississippi who want to destroy them. And, of course, as they face this challenge, she goes through her first transformation. It's a YA book, but most of the reviews came from grown-ups. It's something we feel all through life. Sure do wish I could view your show. It sounds wonderful.
