One of my all time favourite movies and fab script. Always felt Richard was the main protag, it was only when reading the script that I noticed the strength of Frank's voice. As you say all very well developed characters, distinctly drawn. The script is a great example of subtext in dialogue and how if the character's motivations are suggested, actors then have room to amp it up. I was fascinated reading this of how there's virtually no action description or parentheticals in long tranches of dialogue, yet the guiding posts for the actors are all there. You can hear how the lines should be delivered. Great performances by all in the film. One thing of note, for me personally the logline does the film no justice. If I saw that as a logline I wouldn't be encouraged to pick up the script. The title however is mega.
