Just a point of fact, but "Toy Story" didn't win any Oscars. Neither did "Toy Story 2," but at least "Toy Story 3" picked up a pair.

That's incredibly insightful. I was always working out in my head why that last scene simply worked, rather than was boring. It's kind of the extenuating circumstances mixed with a building block of tension. Really neat. I can see a couple of my scripts needing that kind of omph.
