Most of mine are attempts to remake The Fast And The Furious, with or without cars. *That's* what I'm doing wrong! (Actually, I think only the second sentence of that is a joke!)

Perhaps what Joel is referring to is the underlying narrative to Wizard of Oz, that is the Hero's Journey.
