Was Richard actually on the quest, or was that he got to the final stage? Because either is great for both you and him!

Richard made the final stage. I had a great conversation with him, obviously he could write, but his story concept, while inventive, just didn't quite make the cut combined with everything else I had to weigh per the other choices. I did send him, along with all the other finalists, all 48 lectures from my Core I-VII classes, so who knows. Maybe that helped. Additionally another Quest finalist -- Lynelle White -- got hired to write on a TV series. You can read about that here. And I've got another Quest related success story to share in the next week or so.
