A battle-scarred female vet picks up a mysterious, All-American guy for an overnight hookup, but when the FBI locks the city down to search for a terrorist, she’s forced to get to know her one-night stand… who may be the terrorist they’re looking for. A great logline. And, a winning logline. 44 words. 36 unique words. Words used from the cloud: 5 American, battle, city, female, mysterious, terrorist. Huh.

YAY! And we even have some BBers! I've been obsessed with finding out who won... there were so many good ones! CONGRATS to all :) Well done! Can't wait til the next one comes around. I must admit... it was a little addicting. Hope the Sarge feels better.

sometimes the logline is so good, its other shortcomings will be overlooked. But you can bet your ass someone is going to *steal* that idea. Fantastic notion.

Congrats to the winners!

Congratulations to all the winners! And also to everyone who entered--what a fantastically entertaining bunch of loglines all around. Thanks again for holding the contest, Scott.

Thank you for the compliments. I am working on the script right now. The rules said use "some" of the key words in the Word Cloud, so saying "shortcomings," or questioning the validity of me being chosen, puzzles me. As to someone "stealing" the idea, if we are afraid to share our ideas and see if they work or not, we would never know if they're really worth pursuing. The way to keep from worrying about something like theft is to follow through, finish the script, copyright it, and send it out. Once again, thank you for the kind words.

Yes, thank you for the opportunity, and for getting our brains working!

Please don't think for even a pico-second that I may have thought you didn't deserve to win.

Hey, I don't think that. I shouldn't have replied that way. Spur of the moment comment. And thanks again for your nice words. It's always good to know that at the very least, you may be on the right track.

Indeed, congratulations and jubilations to all the winners. It's a shame this wasn't more of a monthly competition as opposed to an annual event - even my wife loved it!
