Remarkable story. We all come up with so many reasons why we can't do what we want - sometimes we just have to throw those aside and do it anyway...

My husband and I talked about this very subject this morning - about living a remarkable life, doing what seems crazy to everyone else around us. How many of us squash our muses down beneath the weight of musts and shoulds, under this false assumption that we're being sensible, and grown up, and realistic. It's all an illusion, this living in the shadow of other people's expectations of us. Wayne Dyer once said "You're in the boat, and behind you is the wake, full of everybody else's opinions and expectations. But the wake does not drive the boat. Get out of the wake." This is why I love GITS... thank you :)
